For past, current and prospective customers we collect personal and non-personal information to contact them, and in the case of current customers, to invoice them for our services. The information may include:

How we store personal information
We will use reasonable safeguards to store and protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure, and any other misuse. In particular:

Physical documents are secured in locked filing cabinets only accessible by authorised personnel. The workspace is also secured by access card.

On-premises electronic personal information is secured by ensuring its data storage is protected from external sources by using a separate physically locked server room only accessible to authorised personnel. The data is managed and secured behind a firewall, with a regular backup of the data to secure storage while applying good practice for information security management. Server room infrastructure refresh and security patching is regularly undertaken.

For off-premises personal information, Microsoft Azure cloud computing services are used for management and storage.
The following third-party service providers are used in processing and storing this information:
WIX.com For website hosting.
Google Analytics For website analytics.
Microsoft Azure For IT Services (primarily Microsoft Australia region).
Microsoft 365 For Office Productivity Services (primarily Microsoft Australia region).

Information disclosure
Personal information will not be disclosed to other parties unless this has been authorised by the individual concerned, to comply with a legitimate legal request or is necessary for the purposes that the information was obtained (e.g. Criminal Convictions check).

Privacy Incidents
A Privacy Incident includes an actual privacy breach, a potential breach or a near miss.
A privacy breach occurs when there is an unauthorised or accidental access to, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of personal information.

Your rights
You have the right to complain and/or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and request for the information to be corrected if you think it is factually incorrect.
If we receive a complaint and/or a request for personal information we will:

Verify the identity of the requester.

Acknowledge the request within 5 working days after receipt.

Respond to the request for personal information, or correction of personal information within 20 working days (unless an extension is required).

Notify the requestor, in the case of a request for correction, whether the personal information will be corrected, and if not, the requestor’s right to provide a statement of correction to be attached to the information.
